I never metamucil I didn’t like

I’m a ‘Plugger’ and haven’t used ‘Metamucial’ a day in my life.I am as regular as clockwork—at least once a day every day.Now my dear, lovely wife is another story entirely.

Generic fiber capsules from the dollar store do the same thing, and are WAY cheaper.

This gal cannot use that stuff. I have to use it’s opposite. As in Imodium.

Stan “The Man” Musial was regular also. Regularly hit over .300 every year for the St. Louis Cardinals.
