Dade City, FL has a kumquat festival every January. I bought one of their kumquat cook books they sold after a cooking contest during one festival. I’ve made kumquat bread. Very good.

He’s SUCH a jerk.

I have a Kumquat tree in my backyard… Sweet skin on the outside and sour lemon on the inside.

When you are at the top of the food chain, everything is endangered.

Nelson, if you want a GREAT fruit try Calamondin! It makes great cakes, jams, tea cakes, etc. Once you try it you’ll be hooked for life!
