It is my considered opinion that they should be asking a different groundhog this year. What gives Phil the right to be the only one? He must have a really good agent.
Winter, you can always put on more clothing, and go skiing. Summer, hot, muggy and miserable, and you can only get so naked. Fall, Winter, Spring, I will keep, you can keep your crummy summer weather, especially in the southeast “steambox”.
