Nobody seems willing to look at how far back these abuses and attempted abuses, go, like J. Edgar,Nixon, Reagan, GHW at CIA, and other mostly, but not all “conservatives” with power to appoint, folks to head these agencies. Looking at how many appointees also became permanent employees on the the ’78 Civil Service Reform Act, hardly used by Carter or Clinton, heavily used by Reagan, Bush 41 and Bush 43…
I guess that means he’s not an Obamabot. I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but a lot of us who generally like Obama don’t like the spying and don’t like the drones. We can think for ourselves, and we don’t have to follow a party line.
