They’ve never asked for my ID.Of all the credit card purchases I’ve made, I’ve only ever been asked for my ID once. After verifying my ID over the phone with the bank, the representative explained to me that the card reader was likely dirty and caused the card to appear faked.
It’s not like the numbers aren’t known. Voter ID would rule out hundreds of thousands of Pennsylvanians from voting since they don’t have the ID and can’t easily get it. Mostly Democratic voters. Number of cases of voter impersonation fraud: None ever found. This was voter suppression, pure and simple, and has NOTHING WHATSOEVER to do with fraud.

Notice that the story I printed says “about 430,000 registered voters still don’t have the type of identification that would have been needed to vote.” Evidently not all forms of ID would be sufficient, and thus your objection doesn’t hit the mark. Also note that according to the judge the state offered no examples of in-person voter impersonation. So this requirement seems to be a remedy for a problem which doesn’t exist.
‘If someone does not have a drivers license, passport, student ID, etc.,…’-Student IDs are not allowed in the ALEC legislation. Students are more likely to vote Democratic and therefore are part of ‘voter fraud’. -I notice that NONE of the Republians/Fox “news” viewers addressed other aspects of voter suppression, e.g. closing polling places in minority districts, limiting voting hours, and purging of voter rolls right before elections.

How do you use a Federal ID online? No ID needed. Just a SS#. Since I know mine by heart I didn’t even need the card.
