……was it green? with wings? Did it have big meaty legs and when ‘whhhirrrrr?.I remember the big grasshoppers….. not these tiny things about an inch long. Remember getting mom’s dress measuring tape and comparing….. some were over 3 inches in length. ….. for a six year old… that was way cool.
