But it’s not lit. There was a guy at my old job who would constantly chew on cigars. There was no law that said he could not, and management didn’t object since it kept him from taking a 5 minute smoke break every hour.
Absolutely.While the authorities ignore worse thingsthat simply haven’t fallen out of social favoryet.
