All that energy filling up and handing glasses of water to all those people is aerobic exercise, Walt. Keep at it, and you will be swimming in twenties and feeling like you are in your 20s.
Don’t underestimate the “placebo effect.” If Walt’s customers believe that they are getting water from the “fountain of youth” then they may feel more youthful in terms of increased vigour etc.
