@Susie,If you have not had good cocoa, maybe you just don’t make it right. I put a heaping teaspoon of unsweetened organic cocoa powder and 8 drops of liquid stevia in 20 oz of Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk. Heat 1-1/2 min in the microwave and whip well with a mini immersible.
