And speaking of healthy veggies, I need to post an update to my breakfast bars (on the old recipe page of Citizen Dog). Instead of the 3 apples that I was using, I have twice made it now with equal parts of beet root, cranberries and Mandarin oranges from my tree (with all the zest from 4 oranges- using a peeler). Very yummy and healthy!
