Say that would make a great storyline for 2014. Travis gets a new body and can have issues with trying to learn to adjust to it. Maybe like the body has it’s own mind too.

Nope; it really is time for Travis to get a new body and escape. As long as Leopold doesn’t make him sell his soul to The Extremely Hot Guy Who Lives Down In The Cellar first, in order to get one.
