Not that it matters, but I don’t think the lawyer can act as a witness in his client’s defense.-Still treating it seriously, for no real reason:.If the claim were made, the proper follow through would be to separate the alibi from the accused and ask them assorted questions regarding the card game, where played, the color of the table, what room, the games played and how they turned out.
