I’ll definitely give this a go. Butternut squash is my favorite. I’ve just had Italian sausage-mushroom risotto, so this will have to wait a few weeks. I never would have thought to add any type of greens to a risotto. I can’t wait to try this.
I had to look up rocket. Over here, it’s a machine. I guess over there it’s what we call Arugula. NOW the recipe sounds great! Thanks, Dave.
