I did the Nielsen survey recently, I didn’t bother people too much. I was the main one watching tv, the kids like to watch Netflix or play video games.

I didn’t realize they still did that survey. I was involved in that back in the late 80’s but not since

Shortly after I got married, back in the ‘70s, we got the survey. It was a busy week, and we watched a whole 2 hours of TV that week. More recently, I’ve gotten the radio survey. That was really easy, since I never listen to radio any more.

When we did it in the 70s we mostly wrote “Local Weather” – only on for the background music. This was pre-Weather Channel.
