    I never got paid overtime. Whenever I was paid hourly I was usually working parttime and never had enough hours to get time and a half, just regular. Salary wages are slave wages. They don’t pay overtime and they make sure you work overtime all the time. I hate salary.

    For “exempt” employees, unpaid overtime is the rule, not the exception. All he had to do was casually mention “looking good come the next round of layoffs” to get her to work 80 hrs/week.

    No overtime! Unless you give compensortory! (at time and 3/4’s). Tgat way I save the vacation time.
