The ones already stashed under yarmulke pose far more danger, and that is CURRENT threat, not potential. The best bet of course, is to do away with all nuclear weapons, and yes, allow commercial development in many countries that may have little option, with international supervision, even on OURS, and our “allies”. (Don’t like any nukes, but accept the reality, but we DO need to shut down old designs, and use the improved technology, AND plentiful existing fuels, without more mining and land destruction, and risk.
