Enoki: do you have ANY idea how much it costs to run a carrier group, mostly to “fly the flag” around the world, as submarines actually have the capacity to deliver our really needed “means” to insurgent locations. At least they DO serve adequately in providing humanitarian aid as in the Philippines right now.
