We got change but no hope.

And both of them have failed miserably. Probably intentionally. Helping the country has taken a back seat to promoting party and power. Didn’t start with Mr. Obama, and likely won’t end there.

But at least the guys on Wall Street still have jobs. That’s all that matters.

Name a jobs bill passed by the house that actually would have created jobs. There weren’t any, they were give-aways to coal and oil companies, and we have proved that giving money to rich people doesn’t, by itself, create jobs, after thirty years of trying. Now, ending the sequester would create several million jobs, according to actual economists and the CBO. No chance of the Republicans doing THAT, though. Because you might need to close some tax loopholes to keep your budget promises.

but dennis1112 if reid passes a job bill then those people who get the jobs will be less dependant on goverment and less likely to vote for democrats
