I do like Mr. Bennett’s cartoon. I’ve had the same feeling ordering from a new website I’ve not used before.It will be interesting to see how the site is operating in another 90 days. If it, and the VA sites, are not fixed by then, I will begin agreeing that someone needs to be fired. I tend to believe in second chances as it is my hope the ones making mistakes will learn and not make those mistakes again.Respectfully,C.
Other lies: the state exchange sites work fine. The problem is with the federal site — and all the people who have to sign up there because their states won’t implement the law of the land.

They could make it more user friendly by putting a big “Trust us” on the web page….
