Obama doesn’t vote on or pass budgets. He only signs them. The GOP has not come up with one that can possibly pass even the senate, because having gotten their way on their job-killing budget, spending, taxes, immigration, guns, jobs, and the environment; they couldn’t stand that the American people’s desperate desire for health care reform, confirmed through two presidential elections and popular majority votes for both houses of congress, was allowed to remain law. If they don’t like individuals being allowed to purchase their own health insurance from private companies, they can abolish it through elections and negotiations over actual budget law. Extortion by threatening to destroy the economy is, and should be, off the table.
Well, congratulations to Gary, who may have inadvertently made a good point here. How many branches of government are represented in this poster? Two. How many does Boehner represent? One half of a single branch. So, he should have approximately 25% say in these deliberations. Therefore, the others, representing 75%, agreeing that Boehner and the House is the problem, means the CONSTITUTION says Boehner and the House is the problem.
