Looks like the “women’s tools” I once saw at the checkout stands at my local hardware store.(Simple tools painted bright colors and patterns never struck me as impulse-buy items.)
The cabinet underneath is part of the tool box.
Looks just like the pictures I used to draw when I was little.
My kids would lose them.
