The town motto in latin reads: “I’m gonna get that critter!”… – And the town’s theme song is “Yakety Sax” by Boots Randolph….
Hey, now they can fix the foundations so the buildings will stop sinking.

One happy beaver there…..I just love a Happy Beaver.Of course he used all the timbers holding up the older parts of the city.
This would have made the end of “Casino Royale” a lot less thrilling…
They introduced alligators around here to control the beavers which were killing timber with their dams. Now we have plenty of both alligators AND beavers.
