Andy cooks real food on thanksgiving. So the turkey in the soup is probably real as well.

I make Turkey noodle (and rice) soup AFTERward, to use the carcass and neck of the bird. (waste not want not) my kids think the soup is better than the turkey we get at Grandmas’.
