You must be mistaken. Obama was quite clear during the 2008 elections that he would talk to ANY world leader without any preconditions. That’s why he has had all those sit-downs with Assad, Ahmadinejad, either of the Kims, etc.
I had a devil of a time reading comics today. Three rounds of thunderstorms when I unplugged electronics.Then when I came back the reply button didn’t work, then the site was being upgraded.Glad I got to put in my 2 cents a few times, anyway.
