The grue is a sinister, lurking presence in the dark places of the earth. Its favorite diet is chocolate labradors, but its insatiable appetite is tempered by its fear of light. No grue has ever been seen by the light of day, and few have survived its fearsome jaws to tell the tale.

Umm… so just WHAT is Sophie doing out at night, in the dark?? (Even if she’s in her own yard)

First a sea monster and now a lurking-in-the-dark monster. Just where did they move to?!?

I have asked this question before, but I am really curious. Has Sophie’s family moved to the bordersof Xanth?

I have noticed that. Pete & Dave’s cousins must roam far & wide. They play not only with puppies but with cats, babies and those most fiercesome of creatures….Dust Bunnies. Yet vanish with light. .Though why they dont take the Dust Bunnies with them, I’ll never know.
