Gladys: Strawberry-rhubarb.
Wilberforce: It should be against the law to sneak a vegetable into a dessert!
In our family, the favourite is Blubarb (blueberry rhubarb). My wife experimented (she grows lots of rhubarb) just for fun, and it was FABULOUS! Now we’ve introduced it to my daughter-in-law’s family, my wife’s sisters, and anyone else we can…always with rave reviews!
And had blubarb coffee cake for breakfast this morning, too!
