Should the stored blood of teenage Iraqi virgins necessary for Dick Cheney’s daily transfusions ever run dry and Satan finally escorts him to hell – unless Satan can’t stand Cheney either and gives Cheney a few lumps of coal and tells him to start his own hell – the evil inside him will find a fresh and supportive physical host in the body of Liz Cheney.

The cure for what’s wrong with masterskrain is for the Republicans to grow up and quit acting like the village idiots. If that ever happens (and it’s not likely to), a lot of folks who think before they speak will feel much better.

She seems to be a public relations boon…

Lots of repubs are turning their back on her when a few years ago they would have embraced her as the second coming.

Maybe they are finally getting their act together..

“Democrats to get them this incited. I think I like her.”

Really? Is that how Palin and Bachman became household (bad) words in this country?

But you are completely unaware that the 2 parties have all but completely changed sides since the 1860’s?1860’s Democrats – Conservative, Southern, Rural.1860’s Republicans – Liberal, Northern, Citified (not exactly “urban” in 1860).But you see no change since then? How would you explain Strom Thurmond of SC? In the 1930’s a “southern Democrat,” but he later became a “Dixiecrat,” and then finally a Republican. The Democrats were glad to be rid of him (and his old racist Southern ways) and the GOP welcomed him with open arms.Don’t be so blind as to compare the old parties to the parties as they stand today. If you believe they haven’t changed, then you are poorly read or simply delusional. If you do know they’ve changed, but continue to press your specious argument, you are a hypocrite.

He won in the Electoral College. Gore got almost 1/2 a million more votes. But if Bush “won” because of the Electoral College, then by that same argument OJ Simpson didn’t kill those 2 people because the jury found him innocent. If you believe one, then you must believe the other.I believe neither; I think it’s ridiculous for a man to lose the Presidency because of the outdated Electoral College (it’s been unnecessary and arcane since the telegraph wires crossed the country), and I think it’s foolish to presume OJ’s innocence in spite of what the jury decided.

I love a guy who quotes the Bible but uses as his avatar a character pointing a gun. Very Christ-like of you.You question the President’s honesty and character, but I think the same slings and arrows could just as easily be directed at you.

Molon Labe, for reasons known only to him, actually quoted from the Bible in the midst of a disconnected series of statements designed to appear coherent:Matthew 7:22-23 “Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.”Luke 6:46 “And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?”I hope doing so made him feel better. At least if he feels threatened by me, he chose to quote scripture instead of gunning me down.

challenged, “Would there be this much vile hatered if it was Chelsea Clinton running for the Senate?”

Yes. Yeah, I think so. She was only 13 but that didn’t stop your Rush Limbaugh saying she looked like a dog.

What an intense amount of effort you put forth trying to put me in my place.Gosh, maybe my whole life and outlook should be turned around because you think I’m arrogant.Nah, it’s fine being me, if for no other reason than it so obviously pisses off people like you.

Oh, and by the way, genius, I was kidding about having to believe OJ was innocent if you believed Bush won the 2000 election.Of course they have nothing to do with each other; how brilliant of you to figure that out.

I don’t disagree with you on that subject.More than being a Democrat I am a Liberal, but to date the party that has come closest to my ideals (with a chance of winning an election) is the Dems.If a better party comes along, and has a chance of winning, they would have my loyalty.

Hey, if I mistakenly implied that you were a Republican, you have my apologies.I’d hate it if someone called me a Republican, too.More concisely I should denote you as being a Conservative, which your postings clearly indicate (if you don’t think you’re a conservative, I’d be most curious to know how you’d describe yourself). What irked me was the cheap shot at both ailuroiphile17 and his/her parents. It was a low blow, which strikes me as the kind of shot that conservatives are most capable and likely to make.If you don’t wish to be taken as a joke, elevate the quality of your responses. Otherwise, know that you will not be seen as anything more than a knuckle-dragging moron. But not necessarily a Republican one.
