We call that a ’farmer’s tan’ round here.

When I drove a car without air conditioning, I always had my left arm resting outside the open window, resulting in one normally tanned arm and one very tanned arm. Looked a bit weird.
Hubby ties a sweat band around his head, so he has a white stripe just above his eyebrows.
One year I had a swimsuit that had a lace panel between the solid top and solid briefs. Result was a lace suntan middle.
