When I was a kid, my parents forbade me to read comic books. But mythology was okay to read. I know myths have religious and historical meaning, but I always thought they were to some extent also like ancient comic books.

Jason and the Argonauts is not about fans of Argo, but in the latest Argo movie the title comes from the fake movie that the supposed Canadian film crew was filming in Tehran. The fake one was a histo-sci-fi movie supposedly loosely inspired by the voyages of the Argo, i.e., the ship of the Argonauts.(If I’m mistaken please feel free to correct me.)
