Two types of dogs find skunks: Those that learn the first time, and those that never learn. Add 1 short squirt dish soap to a pint of hydrogen peroxide, mix, then add 1 tsp baking soda. Thoroughly wet the skunky smelling parts, and don’t rinse off for at least 5 minutes. You may need to repeat. Tomato juice doesn’t kill the smell, it just covers it.

Every dog I ’ve had has gotten sprayed once and only once. They learn really fast. Now I have a new puppy …….. Uh oh!

Had to comment here. Had bypass surgery 5 weeks ago. The stress test they had done showed nothing. The sure way to find blockages is a heart cath. Thankfully I didn’t have a heart attack while waiting for the right test. Hope all is all right with you.
