A little over the top making it a regional conflict between the Southern Americas and Old Europe, with the USA in Northern America providing the pressure on Old Europe, who also used to be colonial powers. Perfect for stoking things up.
The Bolivians are right, of course, a diplomatic plane should never have been hindered.
But Argentina’s Cristina Fernández de Kirchner is another populist raking the coals to distract from poor performance at home.
