That’s what I understood of yesterday’s strip too. I wonder if maybe we misinterpreted Evie’s laughter.

I think that it’s Evie dancing. Val certainly wouldn’t let either of the girls stay home alone.

I think it’s a surprise that Grand Ma will be with her..She just doesn’t want to hear her daughter’s whining .

Yes, I think it’s just Evie, because if Holly were staying she wouldn’t be all alone. Holly is going.

That’s Evie. Holly is staying with her Aunt Joan.

I’m with you-all who said it’s Evie dancing. Holly is only 13, and while I’m sure that it would be a very interesting story line… I believe in many states, that’s illegal.

Evie is the one dancing. Can’t leave a 13 year old home alone for a week. I wouldn’t leave Holly home alone for more than 2 hours.

Yeah, I think Evie is doing a happy dance.

Knowing that Evie is a lot like me (and other older women I’ve heard from) she will be very happy alone. When my grandkids are visiting here I have to wear more clothing, can’t watch even mildly adult fare (Wendy Williams & TMZ) much less some of the shows I DO watch.

I’m surprised she stays with them as much as she does. Even if she won’t be with Arnold, she could Skype in private. I only go to spend one month at a time with my lover because he’s happy to continue working (not spending any of his savings) and he likes to buy coins. I prefer to spend on my house and some art (or did until my last layoff). Now I just keep things together.
