Bucky’s right about plant’s being nature’s latrines, but he forgot that fish swim in the same water they crap in so river’s, lake’s, sea’s, and ocean’s are nature’s toilets.

Bucky can’t even spell IQ.

I tried some General Tso’s tofu at a Chinese buffet once, and a pack of those foodless sausages from the hippie section at Kroger. They were both awful!

I don’t much care for Chinese tofu – too coarse and too strongly flavoured – but Japanese silken tofu is great as is with soy sauce and another topping, like grated ginger or fresh chopped chives, and the firmer grilled tofu is great with the moisture pressed out, fried in sesame oil and topped with seven spice. And the more dense round one is great with tomatoes and salad dressing. In my opinion, anyway.

And I am a carnivore.

Just give me fresh garden vegetables that I raise myself. No tofu.

Meat and more meat for me, thanks. I love fruits and vegetables too and eat a lot of those. But gotta have my meat.

I’m a meat eater but, once, a vegan friend took me to a Japanese restaurant and I tried a tofu steak with a delicious sauce and I can see what people like about it -it was really good with that sauce. However, I went right back to meat, chicken and fish, especially shellfish. Bucky may have a point, at least about fish.
