Good morning, Vagabonds. Yesterday, I sat in front of my building in my rollator and spoke with a neighbor. It’s so sad to find that several of my neighbors have passed away since I left for Miami last winter.

Good morning Vagabonds. My wife’s surgery was successful yesterday. Took quite awhile for her to come to and get over her nauseous feeling. They kept her in the post op longer than usual so that they could stabilize her pulse better. It was bouncing around quite a bit. She didn’t get back to her room until about 10:40 pm. Her surgery had started at 1:30 and lasted almost two hours, so it was a long day. I will be going to see her in a short while after I do a few errands. Will keep you informed on her progress. Thanks again for all your prayers. You can never have too many.

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

Arye & David, (from FTE): We spent 10 days in France 18 years ago. Hubby was there working and I got to play tourist. I wandered all over Paris by myself using the Metro (subway) and had a wonderful time. We never did run into the proverbial rude Frenchmen either in Paris or in Versailles (where we stayed). I thought I might have a problem with the language, but between them knowing English and a lot of gesturing, everything worked out ok.

Gloomy weather this morning. We’re supposed to get more t-storms. We’ll see.
