Belichek is only interested in winning, not playing politics or media games, and he has full control over the team. This is the best possible scenario for Tebow. A couple of years behind Brady, running wildcat plays, running plays, and maybe slipping into starter if Brady gets hurt and Tebow can develop the way he needs to. Heck, the Pats could probably make use of Jamarcus Russell if they had to.
