I believe the joke is that, when kids complain about the food in front of them, a parent can say “Do you see a sign that says ’Dad’s Diner’?” Well, now there is a sign that says that.

well, i’m 14 and living with my dad which is a good cook, and does NOT let me pick what to eat most the time, BUUUUUT i think somewhere in my small mind i will soon understand why lots of men are to lazy to cook anything good so they pick something random and put it together. so when i’m a mom, i’m going to be cooking EVERY meal, because my dad taught me well. lol thx for explaing it to me guys really appreciate it.
