Eating contests are just gross! I turn away if they are a segment on the news (or FF) and would NEVER watch one. I like the idea of all the separate flavors, but would prefer a melon baller size scoop of each in a nice flattish dish. Nice to appreciate each flavor on its own as well as combinations. Best if made with a good low sugar gelato recipe and real fruit.
