“Star Trek Into Darkness…Zoe Saldana as Uhura”Saldana is Dominican & Puerto Rican, and pretty much of African descent.Ben Afflict & Mark Woeburg playing latinos is as silly as a Swede playing Charlie Chan. At least Johnny Dep doesn’t have blue eyes. I have about as much Indian ancestry as Depp, but I look more like Johnny Rotten than Johnny Depp.

Isn’t Zoe Saldana mixed? Her father is Domican and her mother is Puerto Rican. Not all Latinas are white.
As for John Cho—Korean or not, he was not a good choice.
