They did not “INDISCRIMINATELY” attack, they carefully targeted, planned, coordinated and executed to a degree we hadn’t thought possible. By your definition the attack on the cole, or Ronnie rayguns 250 Plus marines in lebannon were also not terrorism for similar reasons.I find it curious that while people referred to the actors above as “cowards”, they seemed quite willing and eager to die for their cause, as apparently the boston bombers did.maybe there’s something deeper to consider.
