I don’t care about Biden or Bachmann either way. They mean nothing to me personally.
However, I’m curious after watching Bachmann’s performance from Ahab’s link: are you filled with confidence that your country is better served and supported by people like Bachmann in your House Intelligence Committee?
I’m sure you didn’t, as I’m sure you didn’t vote for Biden either; however, I was asking if you feel confident that Bachmann being on your country’s House Intelligence Committee serves it well? You can include Biden in your answer, too, if you like: do you feel he serves your country well as a vice-president?
I don’t mind gaffes too much. Slips of the tongue happen. If what was gaffed reveals what the person really thinks, then it’s more serious. What Bachmann did in that exchange as a member of your Intelligence Committee was more than a gaffe. Her tongue was slipping for quite a few minutes there. Even I, a non-American, was embarrassed for her. It was revelatory how utterly stupid she is and should certainly invite demands as to how does a person like that sit on such an important committee.
Here’s another gaffe:

Aha. so, all of the US media is mainstream media? All of it? :-|Now, that wasn’t really a gaffe, a slip of the typo, was it? No, it was revelatory as to how stu….
“faux news drivel.”.Whenever someone uses this, I think "here is a liberal, dutifully drinks the lefty Kool-Aid. Does when he/she is told and believes what he/she is told to believe and repeats the talking points without thinking, because that is the true liberty of the liberal, free from thought because the anointed have done it for you.

Biden’s worst “gaffe” isn’t nearly as stupid as anything “W” INTENDED to say! (Let alone his gaffes.)
