Sorry, but carving a statue of anybody out of black walnut would be a waste of good wood. It would be akin to cutting up your tires to make rubber bands!
I am deathly allergic to tree nuts. Almonds are related to the peach, those I can eat. Peanuts are a legume, I can also eat those. Picking between the two as a favorite would be hard. I love them both.
