Morning, Village.I tried Facebook several times. I either get a bunch of political stuff, or a lot of devotional material that I don’t intend to read, or I learn what my cousin had for breakfast. What a waste. The only blogging I do is here at GoComics.

But I do like Chrome. Once I got over the initial shock, I found out it’s 10 times faster than IE, and even faster than Firefox.

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

dkram, that joke is delicious. Thanks.

Slim, we’ll keep your posts here in our hearts. As I said yesterday, you are very talented and I (we?) enjoy your poetry and stories very much.

David, the cousin’s breakfast is exactly why I gave up Facebook after a month & 1/2. Especially when all the other cousins repost the same breakfast over and over and over again (ad infinitum).

Good afternoon, Vagabonds. I returned home to Miami about 1/2 an hour ago. I haven’t even unpacked yet or read any comics. The flight was fair, considering it was 11 hours – I got in 3 movies – I’ll describe them tomorrow. Delta Airlines at JFK must have been designed by someone who ran a biology lab with rats or mice: transferring from international to domestic: 1st u go thru Immigration; then u get ur lauggage; then u take ur luggage to Customs and then to the Delta desk to be re-checked; then u go thru Security; after Security, you go for a long walk and go down (or was it up); then you come to a place where a bus that has a very high floor takes u to another terminal. There, u go 2 flights up a ramp (going to Israel, it was 4 flights), then another long walk brings u to the check-in. The flight to FT Lauderdale was OK. After getting my luggage, I took a shuttle bus to the edge of the airport and took the No. 1 bus to Hollywood (Florida) Circle where my friend picked me up and drove me home (he prefers not to go to the airport as he’s a taxi driver and the authorities don’t allow all the taxi drivers to do business there). At any rate, I’m HOME – now to unpack and then read the comics.
