I received the four novels that I must judge yesterday. I do this every year for a women’s Christian writer’s group. Some of the books I have read are wonderful and led me to purchase more of the author’s work, others have been dreadful, but that’s rare. I have until mid-May to read and judge them and the awards are presented sometime in July. The books are all autographed by the authors and mine to keep, but I usually donate them to my church’s annual book sale.
