I worked in government for 35 years and the huge majority were excellent workers. A small number of lazies. Remember when you read Dilbert that Scot Adams is satirizing PRIVATE employers. He never worked in a government office. Don’t let you experience at your local DMV trick you into thinking that’s how it is everywhere. How many of you that are being critical ever worked for the government yourself? Don’t judge unless you know more than what you saw at a casual glance. End of sermon.
