The Republicans new strategy of ‘divide and conquer’ is to gerrymander the states into solid blue districts and ones that are 55% red. Like in Virginia yesterday when one state senator was out of town.Can’t wait to watch that one backfire.
Obama is not a bad person IMO, but making that kind of comparison with Lincoln and Dr. King is a real stretch for me. He hasn’t shown the foresight, the leadership and the courage that both of those men displayed in their lives. To me it ranks up there with getting the peace prize before he even took office.

Years ago I gave up trying to have a reasonable discussion with right-wingers in 21st Century America. I can have a more intelligent conversation with a bag of hammers.
Many of us did think he spent like a drunken sailor and tried too hard to appease the likes of Teddy Kennedy, but other than the Patriot Act (which Obama continued) don’t think he was on a personal assault of American freedoms at every turn.
Both would be slapping Obama silly right now. Martin Luther King Jr. said that people should be judged by their character not by the color of their skin. Obama’s character is full of lies, deciet, and the murder of unborn children. Just because Obama is part black doesn’t mean that MLK woudl have been proud of him. The two have nothing in common. Obama has no place between either. He’s the biggest zero do nothing president in history.
