Long live the elastic waist! They don’t show anyways. I can zip and button my jeans. Until I gain a pound or two… then it’s get out the elastic waist ones until the weight gain goes away.

I’m not quite at the point where I need an elastic waist or baggy legs, but I don’t have a problem if that’s what works for others. There are so many options for jeans out there that I’m sure there’s a happy medium between big and baggy and skinny and low-cut anyway.

Hello Cathy friends! Happy Tuesday! So happy there was no school today for election day because it gave Jr a much needed day to recover from this terrible illness. They still say it’s not strep, and now they’ve tested her for mono so fingers crossed it’s not that. I’m feeling run down, but I haven’t had a fever so maybe it’s different than what she has had. Thanks, lindz.coop and Sis for your kind notes! It’s always so hard to see your loved ones suffer, even if it’s only something minor that can be handled and not a major devastating disease. I’m just happy she seems to be on the mend. hendelca, that sounds like an awesome trip for you and the missus! So happy you were able to have such a good time and enjoy the warmth! We missed you!

Hey—if it’s comfy and looks halfway decent, I’ll wear it.

Sorry to hear Jr. is under the weather, lightenup. Hope she’s better soon.

    HI, MOM. Greetings, Clan.

Still missing our old friends like Aaron, Billy, and KoolFunkyGrrl … and hoping they’ll return to us someday.

Sending more (((Huggs))) for Jr. I still wear the zip & button jeans too, but I really think elastic waists look better under t-shirts or sweaters because they don’t have a tab that sticks out.
