Yeah, I did these hours. The idea that this is normal or a good way to live is actually kind of insane; “everybody’s doing it” was (just like our parents said!) a crap excuse for doing something stupid when we were kids – how does it suddenly become sensible or normal when applied to a work situation as an adult?
