    One summer, years ago, I got a scratch-off winner of ten thousand.. by the time the press, state, feds and locals ran me though their tax/appearance/photo wringers, I wound up with less than $2800 bucks on the plus side..I learned a hard lesson THAT year, ferdamshure !!
