I have a close friend in the technical end of the movie business. He answered your comment very succinctly. It’s all about the next violent mega hit with a higher body count than the last, the more gruesome the better. Add in the obsession American youth have with violent video games. Add to that a decaying family structure that leaves our children growing up very insecure. Add to that a mental health system that is often more concerned with drugging their clients rather than resolving their problems. Are these issues going to be realistically addressed, or are we just going to ban assault weapons and figure that will cure the problem?
You say these kids were murdered because of the Government exercising tyrannical power. Your logic seems breathtakingly stupid, or perhaps you could explain how you arrived at that conclusion.
