What is this obsession some readers have about the women getting bigger? Not much since I’ve drawn them. And it probably varies from day to day anyway.I’m sure Jay’s nose isn’t the same size every time I draw it either, but of course no one would mention that. I have never drawn the female characters as wasp waisted fantasy women.
I apologize, Clark. Now that I really sit down and think about it, it IS only Roy you rag on for his weight. (Not that that’s much better, but considering women take the brunt of the fatty talk, I think the men folk can handle it here.)
Rita’s convinced that the stuff she saw at the airport mall is somehow exclusive. It’s the same knick knacks and paddywacks that every touristy gift shop has- but Rita thought they were specialty boutiques.

Too many people are used to unrealistically drawn women in comics, and that’s what they expect to see.

Depending upon the airport…. that could wind up costing Rita a pretty penny. Or an entire year`s salary. (some airports….they have pricey thingies)
